In twelve years of finding my creative cadence, feeding a deep technological inquiry, encouraging my entrepreneurial conscience and understanding the human need – this is what I’ve learned as a creative and technological linguist:
- Meaningful experiences do not have to be elaborate, but they must be clear, intelligent and create lasting thought or opinion
- Great ideas can crumble easily if not built and executed skillfully
- Good design motivates people, but motivation only inspires action when design is done better than the rest.
- Technology moves too fast to make sense of alone. Used insightfully, not recklessly, it can make life better. Used without intention – it can cause more harm than originally intended.
- Relationships require trust and time to live long. They are much stronger than you.
I’ve been driven to bridge business, design, technology and human psychology together to bring companies, products and ideas to life. I’ve created traditional campaigns, websites large and small, digital strategies on a global scale and have helped the little engine that could find it’s brand personality. I’ve built consumer programs and governmental brands, enabled word of mouth discussion and fostered brand-to-brand connections. It takes a strong combination and an equal balance of all to bring intelligent design and good execution to life.
