When an interactive project does not successfully meet its targeted goals the source of the problems almost always are rooted in mistakes made at the very beginning of the project; the discovery and definition period. With that in mind, we put a strong focus on creating a range of deliverables which have proven to cover many gaps early in the process and therefore insuring a smooth road to success.
Our first deliverables are build around gathering information, building historical context, and understanding future needs and goals. Each project requires a different set of discovery actions to be taken; however, the end result is always the same: we make sure your team and ours are clearly on the same road with the same understanding of what lies ahead.
With the information gathering during Discovery, we will then clearly define and organize the materials needed to design and implement the project. The Definition deliverables will focus on applying what we have learned to a structure of parameters on which we can build. These parameters will entail action plans and define additional deliverables which will enable business strategies, meet user expectations, improve content, and utilize the underlying technical platform.
As with everything in business, communication is key. We are well versed in the massive importance of communicating the results of the discovery and definition phase.
