Recently – I partnered with Litl (www.litl.com) to develop a pilot program for their Litl Webbook promotion at the W Los Angeles and W New York City. The problem they faced was low user engagement levels for both the webbook itself, as well as activation for their “Acura Experience” and “Bliss Spa” appointments. By designing a better and higher engaged Ux platform, in the course of their 8 week pilot – engagement spiked by 80% after deploying these new platforms.
