Recently, I partnered with famed Word-of-Mouth marketing company, BzzAgent to create a powerful infographic and visual system for illustrating the modal shifts in ‘brand advocates’ and what their motivations, behaviors and habitats were in driving word-of-mouth, highly influenced decisions within the CPG verticals. This was the center piece for their study and was widely spread through social channels as a viral (and quite successful) infographic.
